Matthias Lessort’s Shocking Injury

In a sad turn of events during tonight's EuroLeague game between Panathinaikos and Baskonia, French player Mathias Lessort suffered a severe leg injury early in the second half. Lessort fell in pain after making a bad fall, turning the OAKA arena in Athens very quiet.

The injury looked to be on his left shin, and how serious it looked upset both fans and players. Medical staff quickly helped him and took him to a nearby hospital for more checks.

Although Panathinaikos won big with a score of 104-69, people were mainly worried about the health of Lessort. Early reports say he might have a fracture that could keep him out for a long time, which would hurt Panathinaikos' goals this season. The team did not celebrate much, showing how serious the situation is.

On another note, crowdfunding community is making a ruckus over a new campaign launched by a small company in Finland. The company, GreenLoop, aims to revolutionize e-commerce packaging with 100% biodegradable alternatives instead of bubble wrap. Their Kickstarter campaign has already passed its lowly €20,000 goal within the first 48 hours—further proof that eco-friendly solutions in shipping are truly in demand.
